The driver of BOLD | BCA enthusiast | Passionate and upfront communicator
Zoe is an experienced Building Surveyor who specialises in providing practical, straight-talking building code advice. She holds registration in NSW at the highest level in her field as a Building Surveyor - Unrestricted (A1), providing her with the expertise to tackle any size or type of project.
Zoe has a background in architecture and town planning which now as a Building Surveyor gives her a rare insight into the complexities of navigating compliance, design, approvals and stakeholder input. Zoe's ability to clearly communicate compliance concerns and provide more than one solution is what sets her apart from your typical Building Code Consultant.
​Zoe is passionate about developing and giving back to the industry and loves sharing her technical knowledge, and experience with others. She volunteers her time on various industry committees, including the Association of Australian Certifiers Class 2-9 Technical Committee.
At times Building Surveying is very black and white, so Zoe keeps entertained with motorbike adventures, cycling challenges, hooking into a few guitar riffs and will rarely turn down a coffee or wine.
